Car not idling, stalling while off gas

Car not idling, stalling while off gas
so i haven't drove my bird in like 2 days so today i started it up and the idle was low like 450-300 then it died, i thought it was just cold so i drove it for a few minutes then got back and did the same thing. then i adjusted the iac and idle...drove it and did the same thing and died while i was turning, lost the power steering and brakes and i almost crashed. im so mad at my car right now please help. i need it for tomorrow 
also it has no power and bogs at 0-3/4 throttle i have to press it to WOT to drive!

Car specs? Fuel injected, carb, year, auto/manual etc.
Check your fuel pressure, ohm your injectors, to start. Won't know more until we know more.
