intermediate starting

Will start after been sitting everytime, but just swont crank immediatly after shutting down. I can spray carb cleaner and it will start immediatly and run. Alreay tried ICM which made no difference and computer. What to check next???? And fuel pump cuts on and off like normal. Its a 89 iroc 5.7 tpi
