Has anyone had a fire that was caused by a float getting stuck on a 4150 holley double pumper. I'm not 100% sure as to the nature of my recent engine fire but do know I had a float stick and had to took the needle and seat out., blew it with air and put it back in the carb and everything was fine till my third quarter mile pass and everyting under the hood went up in flames. I'm not 100% sure the feed line to get loose but I want to explore all the possibilities. Anyone ever have a fire as a result of a stuck float?
