throttle not opening all the way

i noticed that when the gas pedal is pushed to the floor my throttle body does not seem to open all the way, i can push open all the way from under the hood i adjusted the tv cable and still th same thanks

Common issue on our 3rd gens. If there is a floor mat move it out from under the go-pedal. If that doesn't do the trick then pull back the carpet and remove some of the padding from under the go-pedal.

Note that the TV cable adjustment doesn't have anything to do with the TB opening issue. Be sure to have the TV adjusted correctly. And do the adjustment under the hood by manually moving the throttle lever, not by flooring the go-pedal.
