Knocking in bottom end of 87 GTA
Hey guys theres a knocking sound in the bottom end of my GTA 350 does the motor have to come out the bottom or can i pull motor from the top

I recently pulled the motor out of my T/A from the top, and it's the way I always do it.

Top is pretty easy. Before you pull it did you make sure it isn't just a cracked flexplate or something else easy?

Pulled the motor out the top a few months ago. No worse than any other car. Except of course removing the miles of wiring and tubing.
