85 TPI TA wont start
I got an 85 TPI TA and it will not start when cold unless you give it a shot of starting fluid and it starts right up and runs fine. maybe the cold start injector or PCM?

cold start injector, or bosch switch in manifold or relay sound's like your on the right track.

upgrading to a 86-89 1227165 ecm with the $6e tune is a good upgrade
