this has been going on for a little while now. after the motor has been ran ( or even just turned over ) i get a ticking sound from the motor. im led to believe that it might be coming from one of my double valve springs on the driver side, but i cant be sure. after it has been ran and turned off every 2 - 8 seconds i get a semi loud popping sound that seems to come from under my valve cover. a while back i had my valve cover off when i was installing a new intake manifold and i noticed that one of my valve spring/rockers had a little more play than the others did, i havnt got to fixing that yet so that might be the problem. (questions and picture below) my rockers have 2 nuts holding them down

-what would be making the ticking/popping?
-if it is the valve spring how do i fix??
-if it isnt my valve THEN WHAT IS IT???
