just put my rebuilt roch. carb in (a cc converted to a non cc) got my new distributer in with vac. advance..got the car to idle pretty well in the 7-800 range, but when hitting the gas the car sputters like crazy (while driving, not revving in neutral). at full throttle you hear air leaking and the car starts to die (revving in driveway). is there any other options other than a vacuum leak (i know there is one but i cant find yet) or timing not right? like i said it idles fine but wont go. we dont really know too much on where some of the vacuum hoses go, was told too hook up vac on choke to carb., vaccum advance on dist. to carb and the vac for the brake. there is also a line from the carb to pcv valve..which i dont know if that goes there or not, and a line from intake(?) to the fuel pump looks like. we plugged everything else up. just need to get the thing running to get it to shop really. anyone got any idea whats up? im trying to look at old threads but having trouble finding the right search words i guess

oh and all the smog stuff is disabled (air pump was seized when i bought the car) and they are currently open at part that goes into the exhaust/ exhaust manifold ...wherever it ties in..i didnt think that was the problem tho, just thought id add in case
