Ok here is the deal guys, I have been noticing while driving my T/A that there is sometimes a strong exhaust odor inside my car. Sometimes it is really strong other times its not so strong or even not present. I took the car up to a local exhaust shop to check for a exhaust leak and it came back clear, but he did say that one of my exhaust manifolds needed to be tightened. At the time I took the car for inspection I had a huge hole in my floor pan and he said that the hole could be why im getting the exhaust fumes in the car. Well since then I have got a new floor pan put in my car, but the exhaust fumes are still present. Does anybody have any ideas of what could be causing these fumes in my car????? He did say something about the exhaust manifolds needing to be tightened could that be causing the fumes inside the car?????.... I really want to get this resolved because I dont feel comfortable driving the car with that smell circulating inside....... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!........

Are you sure the floor pan was the only thing rusted out? I had a car with dumps behind the rear wheels which also had some wheel well rot, it was awesome if u liked smelling like exhaust all day, i mean eye watering, had a huge cam long tubes ,3 inch duals 2 chamber flows with 3 inch slash tips exiting behind the rear wheels.. a good enough leak up front could get exhaust into the car through the hvac system, why not just fix the leaking manifold and see if it goes away?
