A trip to the quarter car wash would do a world of "cleaning up" good... the whole thing looks pretty scuzzy, actually. Those hoses are just a minor detail really, maybe in need of a wipe-down at most.

Can't make it out real good, but I just went to the parts store and got about 8 feet of heater hose and rerouted my valve over to the passenger side cowl area.
