Where can I find these Snap Rings?

Where can I find these Snap Rings?
I pulled apart my steering column and this type of retaining ring was holding the lock-plate on.
Does anybody know where I can find that type of snap ring? Every car and hardware store sells the type with little circles on the ends
But I can't find any without. I bent the one in the column a little bit and I think I would like a replacement.
