ok so my car wont start and idle with the MAF plugged in at all, so i bought a new one today and..... still does the same thing? two days ago my car was idling at 3500 rpm in the morning and didnt bog down until after about 5min on the interstate, hasnt done that again. i leave it (MAF) unplugged and it starts and idles (8-1200) on the third try usuaully. i changed the plugs recently and they were super white (running lean?) so why wont my car start and run with the maf plugged in?

I am having the same issue with my TPI V8. The clip plug was broken, and it fell out while driving. I had to drive it to work, i stalled once. After work i went to the jy to get a plug everything ran fine. when i fixed it , plugged it in, it would not idle and sounded like crap. i tried another maf same thing..... unplugged the car runs. Dammit
