Will this flywheel work?

I am trying to track down a vibration that my car has and I'm aiming towards the flywheel now. I just purchased a new flywheel and was wondering if this one will work or not.

Balancer http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FLU-620101/
Flywheel http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MCL-460360/

The Mcleod flywheel is listed as being internally and externally balanced.

The current flywheel on my car is this one. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NAL-14088650/

Is the current flywheel wrong, and will the new one work?

Depends how your 383 was built.

Re: Will this flywheel work?

Well the 383 was balanced internally and it has the internally balanced harmonic balancer, so should the Mcleod flywheel work?

No.
It is listed as being suitable for use on INT and Ext balanced engines
As it comes
it is a NEUTRAL balance flywheel (correct for Int bal engine ) you can bolt weights to for use on Ext balance engine

Yes
You have a counterweighted flywheel on a Int balance engine where you should have a neutral balance flywheel

All SBC balancers are neutral balance ; only 400ci style cranks use a EXT balance balancer
There are no int balance balancers
