Engine idling rough (Possible IAC)
I just pulled my IAC valve and to my surprise there was a little piece of metal stuck in there. When I went to clean it even more (taking the spring and little pin out) I realized that piece of metal was from the inside ring of the valve! I'm pretty sure this piece of metal was holding the valves spring, so it was stuck.
If that's the case could this have caused my car to idle kinda rough?!
Man im so excited I just found this

When the IAC is stuck open it can no longer drop your idle down to the proper level.

Re: Engine idling rough (Possible IAC)
What if it was stuck almost closed? Because it was almost impossible to get loose I had to use a pliers.
My car would start up GREAT, sounds amazing when I give it gas. But as soon as it would start to idle it sounded like it was skipping a beat. I give it a little bit of gas (just barely pushing) and it sounded good.
I'm hoping this is my problem, 40 dollars for my car to idle normally will put a huge smile on my face.
