Re: Reusing roller rockers
you mean roller lifters? no not absolutely but I'd keep them organised if you haven't already mixed them up. It's not like you will have cam death/issues like with flat tappets

Re: Reusing roller rockers
Roller lifters don't wear into a cam the same way flat tappets to. Flat tappet lifters spin which wears a specific pattern on the cam lobe and the lifter. Roller lifters roll over the cam lobe with no such wear. I never keep track of which lifter comes out of which bore.
Since the lifters can be switched around and the rockers can be switched around, it makes sense that the pushrods don't care which lifter or rocker they are in either.
These items can all be swapped around from cylinder to cylinder with no long term effects. When I pull my valve train, rockers, lifters and pushrods all go into a valve cover until I'm ready to clean and reinstall them.
As for flat tappet lifters and cam. Never reuse lifters unless put back on the same lobe. You can reuse a cam. If you don't have the original lifters, new lifters can be put on a used cam.

i would say the pushrods would have to go with the rockers and lifters in a roller setup , because the rocker and lifters have worn into that pushrod ... just my opinion

Re: Reusing roller rockers
Wear is minimal if any. They're not going to fail because they're worn slightly different. It's just a ball and socket joint covered in oil. If your pushrod ends or the socket/cup of the lifter or rocker are wearing then you've got other issues.
You're still going to adjust the valves when they're reassembled.
