Hey fellas(& fellete's),
I hopped in my '92 5.0 TPI yesterday and noticed a rough idle on startup. I get the missing type of exhaust note and sluggish and very rough acceleration at all speed, especially low speeds and higher gear, i.e., 40 mph and 5 gear.

So having changed most of the spark components from plug to dizz cap i'm suspecting one of the "original" injectors is failing. I'll confirm this weekend when I ohm them.

If injectors are the culprit, I want to get an idea of what the better injectors are. I've read about Ford and Bosch III's. Also want them to compliment some small adders like headers, better flowing cats and muffler.

thanks guys but false alarm - I had already looked up em and was going to give em a call until my ohm checked the injectors. They were all in between 16.2-16.6 Ohms. I then checked my plug wires and found the #5 wire was arcing on the manifold.
