Car: 91 camaro rs
Engine: 305 v8 TBI
Transmission: 700r4
strange whining noise
i just changed the oil and put new spark plugs in my car and tried starting and now it is making a low pitched whining noise, can someone give me a list of possible solutions, i also removed the parts from the ac because they are not all there.
