Basic Question.
is there such thing as carbureted heads and tbi only heads or as long as you change the intake the heads dont make a difference as far as bolting up? I plan on making the swap here in a month or so just havent committed to a fuel delivery system yet, i have a co worker that insists tbi heads wont bolt up to a carbureted intake manifold ect. any clarification would be great

Re: Basic Question.
i'm pretty sure lots of guys are using carb manifolds with tbi heads, just need an adapter for the tb. why go carb? i would get better heads and stay tbi.http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/te...i/viewall.html check out that article

Re: Basic Question.
carb is just my style i know carburetors inside and out and i hate dealing with electronics, my drivetrain is already set up for carb (lock up along with all other computer controls have been removed from the trans) i already have my heads and my carb, i actually answered my own question. but thanks for the response i appreciate it.
