88 iroc 350 tune-up questions

I was going to change my spark plugs, wireset, distributor cap, and rotor. I plan to get the stock ac delco replacement copper plugs (R45ts), msd 8.5 mm hei wires part #31839, and msd cap/rotor external coil part #8406. I already have msd streetfire coils that the previous owner put on. Are these all good options and if not what should I change? The car is pretty much a stock L98 otherwise.

whats the difference between the internal coil / external coil/ and hei as far as the msd cap/rotor? Its offered in all three. I just picked the external coil as it looked most like the stock one. Also, what wires should I get? I read the ones i picked were really good.
