350 Crate Engine Heads?
Hey guys. Im about to acquire a cam out of a 95 Camaro*for free. (yess I know the water pump was cam driven and will have to be shaved down.) I plan on throwing it in the 91 GTA. along with some 350 HO Crate engine heads(same guy giving me the cam is cutting me a deal) with 1.6 rockers, a msd ignition, and a chip. car already has a full exhaust. has anyone here ran this combo or seen it? any estimate as to what kind of power I would be looking at? any info would be appreciated. thanks guys! Can you get a part number for the engine? Could be old 70s smogger garbage, ala the Goodwrench 350, or vortecs, or l98 heads.

Goodwrench 350 does not equal 350 HO.
350 HO heads are "Vortec" heads, requiring a specific intake manifold type.
Goodwrench 350 heads are "smog junk". An LT1 take-out cam would be a complete waste with them (1.6 rockers would only make it worse). Your car came with better heads.
