is my ecm bad?

i'm getting a code 13, 23, and 44. i'm hoping theirs another explanation than a bad ecm because they're like 400 bucks.

Looks like a bad O2 sensor and IAT.

so far whats been replaced: MAP sensor, TPS, IAC valve, EGR, EGR solenoid, O2 sensor, one injector, plug for the IAC, and some other stuff that wouldn't really have anything to do with it.
