Timing issue
I think ive narrowed my issue to the timing, i just checked it and it is way too advanced, past the timing marker. I know that to adjust the timing i have to disconnect the computer, which is the tan cable by the heater. I proceed to do that and when i check the timing this time its right where i want it at 6 degrees advanced. So i put the computer wire back on start the car up again and it is too advanced again. Not sure what could be causing this to happen. Any help would be great.

It's RARELY the "timing". Or "EGR" for that matter; the 2 most-often invoked "mystery" solutions to problems they can't possibly cause.
Sounds like your "timing" is doing exactly what it's supposed to. Whatever the "issue" is, best at this point to leave the "timing" alone, and begin troubleshooting in a LOGICAL and RATIONAL manner, leaving behind superstition and "maybe it's this maybe it's that". Devise tests that identify whether a specific component is doing its job (as you have just done for the "timing"), and zero in on the culprit.

Re: Timing issue
Well the issue is that at times when going from a stop as i give it gas it wants to die and a poppong noise can be heard coming from the engine and once i get moving it has no power and even if i floor it it will not go over 3k rpms, the strange part is this problem is intermittent and in a 10 min drive i can be doing that and then drive perfect, changed a bunch of parts, plugs, wires, cap rotor, map sensor.

Re: Timing issue
That's a fuel delivery problem.
Change the fuel filter first, see if it makes a difference.
If not, tape your fuel pressure gauge to the windshield, and drive around like that, where you can see it. Determine what the fuel pressure is WHILE IT'S SCREWING UP. Not, while it's sitting in your driveway idling; but, WHILE IT'S SCREWING UP. I.e., you put your foot down, it goes lean and pops, what's the fuel pressure RIGHT THEN AND THERE?
