MSD 6425 question

Engine: 350 Tuned Port Injection, for now.
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: Posi - 3.23
MSD 6425 question
This may be a silly question. How do I set the timing on a dizzy that is hooked up with a MSD box? Do I need to disconect the EST pigtail? Does the MSD box have anything to do with flood prevention? The Car is a 87 Camaro IROC-Z with a HSR. THanks guys.

the procedure is the same as stock.

Thats what I was thinking. Disconnect the est pigtail to find base timing and then reconnect.
