1988 IROC Z28 Not Starting! HELP!!!
My 1988 Camaro IROC Z28, 5.7 liter tuned port injection wont start.
the fuel gauge is pinned as far as it can go ( Past Full )
There's less than half a tank of gas in it.
It sat For around 2 months without being started. ran perfectly fine before winter, now she dosent want to start.
she cranks over, sometimes fires once or twice and then dies right out.
other times she just cranks.
Please help

First thing, check to see if you have fuel coming up. Check it at the rack using a key or screwdriver or something turn it over see if you have fuel coming up. If you do you know its not your pump nor filter. Thus leading to spark which is where I am having my issue

figured out what was wrong today, theres a small valve on the back of the passenger side valve cover, with a cap on it. took it off turned it over and poked it with a small screwdriver.
got fuel to the engine and now it runs like a champ.

See, thats what I told you, check it at the rack. That little cap and valve is the rack, thats how i solved my problem. I knew it wasnt my fuel filter or pump cause i had fuel coming up and pressure.
