i need help 355 build

everyone keeps telling me to ditch the 305 and go bigger. well i just stumbled upon a free 355 block and pistons. thats everything i know about the motor just a block and some pistons. ive never gotten to see it. whats the first thing i should do if i go get it.

Yes do not put any money into it until you know if it is rebuildable, no cracks worn out cylinder walls so on and so forth.
