chokes up and stutters when i get in it?

chokes up and stutters when i get in it?
when i get into the throttle probably about 50%+ it chokes up for a second then stutters then goes..whats the deal? no codes either

cleaned the air filter and wiped out the throttle body..both were pretty gross..could that have been it?
