Dyno sheet for 350 needed
Dyno sheet for 350 needed
Hey guys,
Long story short, my good friend has 1988 Trans-Am GTA 350 TPI.
And I suspect he is full of ****, which is why I am here.
He keeps saying that his car has "performance chip" which advances his timing.
I know for a fact that it's got magnaflow exhaust.
Well it's all nice and dandy, but he is convinced that his car makes quite over 300rwhp. I drove it, and it feels maybe 210-220 at the crank. That Trans-Am barely pulled on bone stock four cylinder Nissan in the strait line that makes 155 from factory at the crank.
He also told me his Trans-Am makes more power then third gen Camaro with 350. And that Trans-Am GTA's come with WS6 suspension which is of a Corvette (his words).
To top it off, he's convinced that his Trans-Am is quicker then 2010 Camaro SS. I drove both and I know for a fact it's not even close.
I'd appreciate it, if you guys would help me sort through this haha.
Maybe someone has stock and even modified dyno sheets?

Dyno Don, thank you!
Holy low end torque!
Would that be at the crank or drivetrain loss is included?
Time for LS1 swap into my track day 240SX
