Just got my 86 TA, Code 36

Noticed when i got my 86 TA that it had two codes set. 36, and 42. code 42 was just a chewed wire, i hate squirrels, and i have been trying to find the cause of the code 36.
i have replaced both relays as well as the terminals in the relay connectors for the MAF, and Burn off circuit. I grounded the burn off relay, with the MAF unhooked and engine off, and had battery voltage at the MAF connector. but when i checked with the computer grounding it i only got 4 volts at most. herd the relay activate for about 1 to 2 seconds. the hot wire did not glow at all. and i had a MAF reference signal of 2 volts during the burn off cycle.
Found out that the relays were mixed up.
