Re: which cylinder heads should i use?

Do you want to have a carburetor or fuel injection? Gm changed the heads and intake manifolds back in the 80's so that you had to use carb heads with a carburetor and fuel injected heads with fuel injection. They changed the angles or some such. So those carb heads can be used with any small block chevrolet intake manifold that has a carb on it. Your fuel injected heads can be used with most fuel injection systems such as tbi, cross fire, tpi and I believe sequential. Both heads are probably very similar 194 intake 150 exhaust and coming on 305's probably small chambers like 58cc. no good for high compression flat tops or anything. You can get intake manifold's that accept carburetors but are designed for fuel injected heads, but why waste the money? It really depends on what your planning on doing.
