Transmission: 5-Speed
Axle/Gears: Lazy 2 check
Weird Humming sound when I turn steering wheel....??

So I got a 1984 z28 manual transmission. When ever I make like a u turn my I hear a moderate but loud enough to hear humming sound. IDK what it is and if you guys know what it is how do I replace it and how much does it cost, thanks!

i can only assume that you have checked the power steering fluid level . correct ???

Its on the pulley system... Black cap... Coveres in oil most likely.. Next to cilinder 1

well did you or did you not ck. fluid level ? location would be front drivers side of engine , lowest belt driven item . sincerely , good luck .
