305 heads, need advice

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Eaton Posi
305 heads, need advice
I am looking to "upgrade" my 305 with some heads, cam if needed. My question is though, I have searched and searched on here for some solid heads that would upgrade the motor and it's like everyone has their heads picked out for 350s....
I am not a serious gear head but would like my weekend grocery getter to have a little more pep in her step...I'm not swapping motors either.
I was thinking from what I've read to get:
Heads
Cam
Headers
TBI mods
If I do all this will I have to also buy new tuning for the ECM???

I used vette 113 cast alm heads on my 305 with a HSR cam its all on u I would say 480 lift with those heads (same heads on ZZ4 motor just bull crap springs) hope this helps
