weak spark
I put a HSR ad 113 vette heads on my 305. It will not start spark is weak and new msd stuff. It back fired a few times when it was off a tooth I droped it in the right spot weak

Have you tried adjusting the timing? If it's too far out it won't start. Easy to do when you've just reassembled the engine especially if you replaced the dizzy.

Its a 0* I even took it back a few I was told that my growns was not good enough so if I had time 2 morrow work is picking up so I wish this get it started
