IS IT WORTH IT? 90 VETTE HEADS..
Have a stock L98 w/ a ported plenun & base w/ SLP runners.
SLP air foil. Original throttle body (planning on changing soon).
I have a set of 90 vette heads lying around.. Was thinkin of rebuilding / porting.. Just not sure if it would be beneficial to do so..
Also, what specs should I follow.. (if worth it of course)

Re: IS IT WORTH IT? 90 VETTE HEADS..
They are very capable heads if ported right. Can get good performance out of them. As said, lingenfelter had or still has a CNC profile for them that puts them on par with AFR/Dart/Brodix 180cc heads and the like. Not quite as good as most decent aftermarket 195 cc heads as the lingenfelters come out around 185 I think, but they are supposively good heads from what the vette guys are saying. I personally havent used them nor know anyone close that is but I dont doubt their capability.
Plan on a camshaft swap while your down there, that will really make it worth your effort.

Nope the heads use the old style blot pattern so u have to elongate the 2 center holes not a lot of work, but u said u have a aft mrk base so they might did it already u will need a egr block off plate too
