Re: 91 egr valve help

the vac siignal starts from the port under the tb on the drivers side to the egr solenoid to the egr. the solenoid is mounted on the ign coil bracket on the pass side rear of the intake.

I posted the link you mean your hvac is the front port on the plenum bye the map. the next back is the fuel pressure regulator , than the map.
The other side rear is the vacuum booster.

That's jacked up if your cruse control is vac operated.

Re: 91 egr valve help

ok so i found my vacuum diagram on my car, its different from the one posted on here, the cruise control and hvac run out of the same line, that was the one that had a t in it. changed that around and now my cruise works again. but my egr solenoid one has one vacuum port on it, shouldnt it have 2 one to the egr and one to the t.b.? i found a blocked off line at my t.b. but my egr solenoid has me scratching my head. im thinking it might be the wrong one, i found some online and the pic showed 2 vacuum lines on it

It should have a rubber adapter on the solenoid that accepts two small plastic hoses. The rear hole goes from the solenoid to the actual egr valve and the front most hole goes from the solenoid to the little nipple under the TB.
