anybody know what this is???

somebody gave me this the other day. said it sticks on with double sided tape, to an lt or tpi motor? idk? its free if anybody wants it. it dont fit my lt-1 anyway. its never been installed and apears to be stainless. im not really into the bling thing, but if anybody wants it, or knows what it fits, hit me up. you pay however you want it shipped. i dont want anything for it. was just curious what it fit?

Its not stock on anything I've ever seen, it reminds me of those "power bulges" that people glue to their hoods. Oems don't use 2 sided tape to hold things on a engine.

Not sure why you would want to cover up the TPI with that thing? never seen one before.
