ok im not sure but i think this is the problem, my old idle air control valve connector that plugs into it was old and brittle and broke when i disconnected it so i took one of of an old wiring harness. but when i swapped them out i didnt get the wires in the correct order and tried reseting the iacv and tps and had too close the tb blades all the way and back the screw all the way out to get it close but couldnt get it no where near 450 rpms when i was trying too set muinimum idle? does any have a pic with the colors and diagram for the iacv connector? any ideas why this may be happening

 

Did you happen to damage any vacuum lines in the process?
