replacing ign switch

Engine: Lg4 305 carb
Transmission: 700r4 auto
Axle/Gears: 2.73 posi
replacing ign switch
i got new ign switch......
i removed my bad ign switch. and when i did i took out the 2 small +head screws to the cable on the back of the switch, in doing so when i removed the black cable housing a small pin and washer fell out.
how do i put them back in? or should i return new one and get the one with that housing already attached????
