Crank, No Start

Hoping you guys can shed some light on my issue. Had my car out saturday and ran great, no hiccups. Sunday morning I go to start my car, fires up and dies about 5 seconds later. Car will crank all day long but will not start after this happened. I can get the car to run if i hold the pedal to the floor and crank the motor over for about 10 seconds, but it will run like absolute crap and will die if i let off the throttle.

I'm thinking ignition control module?

350 vortec TBI engine. stock ignition system.
