Like the title says, I need major help. Help with rerouting the hoses

According to the under-hood diagram I have the XJY emissions system. 84 Z28 VIN H l69.

The smog pump is shot, and so are the rails going to the manifolds(I dont know the technical name)

Can anyone help explain how to reroute everything? I know its not great for the planet and im not happy either, but I dont have the money right now.
