What heads do you have now?

The 850 carb is also probably doing you no favors if you have a H/C setup that is not making a lot of power

Re: are vic jr heads any good?

Also, you could be more helpful if you also include your 60' times and your MPH at the top end.

Re: are vic jr heads any good?

I had some Victor Jr. heads...hated them.

Your 60' seams weak...does your car bog any where?
For every .1 removed from your 60' time should give you .2 off in the 1320.

If you over carb a motor it will not run any faster or slower within reason if it's not bogging down from being too rich.

Does your converter flash to 4,000rpm easy at least with that cam.
That cam you need some CR like 11/1 with the 70cc heads hopefully your pistons have a good size dome to get you in the CR for the cams needs.
Exhaust should be fine...imo
Check your timing with a timing light to make sure the advance is where you need it and not sticking.

sorry its late and I'm slowing down....
