I've had issues with my car stalling and having a rough idle. I've swapped my EGR valve, I replaced the injectors, I cleaned the IAC valve, I cleaned out the throttle body. I am going to replace the fuel filter.

The last few changes have improved the car, it runs smoother and better now, I don't think its perfect yet though. Anyway. I just found this though by accident, this line looks disconnected. I didn't see where it could go, pretty late here so I don't have time to check:

It goes from the vapor canister and splits into a T, one of the ends go nowhere, just into empty air.... I pulled it out to make it show up better on the photo, it was actually hidden in between the body and engine compartment, I only found it by accident and by touch.

Is there some kind of line this is supposed to connect to and what can be the results of this line is not connected?

I found a vacuum line diagram and according to it, it looks like that is the correct config, apparently it's a vent?
