Car: 1986 Camaro IROC Z28

Engine: 5.0L 305 TPI

Starter Problem?

Ive got an 86 305 TPI Camaro. When I turn te key I hear a click then nothing. If I take tr key out put it in again and try it will start. Sometimes it won't so I have to sit there turning the key until it finally rolls. I am assuming the starter is ping bad and some teeth are missing. Opinions?
