New set up advice

OK guys I should be getting my 350 here this weekend and have some idea of where I want to go with it but could use some opinions. First off the motor is a 70-72 350 4 bolt. Its supposedly factory rated at 350hp according to the paperwork. Its out of a camper so I think the HP figures may be correct. Its got a qjet and 194 heads, RV and truck cam. First thing I'm thinking about is heads, I have a really nice set of 202 double humps already that I'm considering milling just a bit to get back to the original combustion chamber size after I rework them a little maybe even drop a couple points to raise compression a bit. Should I go through with milling for the compression boost or run a thinner gasket? Right now it should run about 9:1 or so.

Next up is cam. I'm thinking a hydraulic flat tappet in the mid 500s with duration in the 290-300 range. I know that's probably a little extreme for the rest of the combo but I'd rather buy the one cam that's perfect for the later upgrades I plan on doing. Plus I'm hoping the compression bump, being a stick and 373 or 411s will make up for my other pit falls enough so it runs strong.

Next is carb, I have and old 1850 model 600cfm, that's been heavily reworked throttle bores have been ported and polished with minor reshaping, it has the secondary metering block conversion, pretty much everything that can be done to it has been. I haven't ever had it checked for flow but my guess is something close to 700cfm. I know I'm putting it on but how well can I expect it to flow on the stock intake with a qjet adapter plate? I will be port matching the intake but that's probably it for now.

My last question is about thermal coatings... I'm eventually going to be throwing a 383 stroker kit in it that'll run close to 11:1 compression but for the time being would it be worth thermal coating my pistons, combustion chambers, and valve heads for the slight increase in HP plus the possible chance it might help reduce thermal build up and detonation?

I know a lot of questions but I've been waiting for this thing to get here for close to a month so I've had a ton of time to think about how I want to build it up. And since I'm at it what do you guys think I'll get out of this thing HP wise with the above mods? It'll also have a lightweight flywheel and balance on it for what that's worth and no AC and manual steering so the only things the motor will be running are the alternator and wp.
