lifter tap

I have a 355 with a flat tappet cam the cams broke in an everything but I'm getting a tap only when I give it gas but it goes up and down with the motor does this sound like a lifter tap to you guys thanks

A lifter tick would be full-time, not just when you get on it. Small exhaust leak maybe?
