Need help, cant read timing tab

Hi, I have an 88 camaro with the 350tpi engine. Ive been having an overheating problem so i decided to check the timing (after checking the usual problems). I cleaned up the tab the best I could but all I can see is the 0 and +4 and -4, cant see anything else. Does anyone have any pictures showing it? There are aftermarket ones, but some of them have different numbers on them. I want to make sure I know what numbers are on the stock one so I time it right.

I did notice that the mark on the H. balancer was over the top of the tab, so if 12* is the highest number on the tab it was at about 14. It runs very strong, so im pretty surprised, i thought with that much advance on a relativly stock engine it would hinder performance. Anyways, Im thinking thats my problem and im going to retard the timing to see if that corrects my overheating problem.

Thank you
