Tach & Coolant Gauges Not Working

First thing, I was afraid to get this car but really wanted it when I seen the CTS Gauge not working... I want to get this fixed ASAP, as well as Tach. I might just go buy aftermarket ones tomorrow but just curious if I can get these up and running...

I read possible bad cluster, bad sensors etc... I can't find where the Temp sensor is, read that it's suppose to be between plug 6 & 8? or 4 & 6? somewhere between those haven't had much luck but only fiddled around for a little at it while I was working on it.

Haven't found anything on the Tach though.. Any thoughts?
