HSR Manifold base mod.
We all know that the HSR's height is a bit high and usually hits the roof of our hoods. But I was thinking, what if we milled down the top section of the manifold lets say, .25" - .50" so allow a better clearance of the hood. Has anyone done such a mod? If I do the milling, will there be enough threads inside the manifold to torque down the plenum?
