Weird rpm while driving and accelerating
My tbi when driving normally going 40mph, rPm is at 15 then drops to the line between 10-15 then goes up to 15, over and over, then I accelerate and it stops until I get to 60mph then it happens again. It feels like a slight hesitation. Someone told me it was the iac, or tps. Any ideas?

could also be vacuum leak. check your hard (plastic) vacuum lines make sure none of them are broken. Had this problem with an old 88 firebird a few years back.

I'll check for vacuum leaks. And no I don't have the a/c on.
