Car: 1986 IROC
Engine: 2000 Vortec 5.7
Transmission: 700r4
My First time racing at seekonk speedway
This was my first run ever at the seekonk speedway.
What do you guys think? I bought the car for 650$ and took my vortec motor out of my old pickup and threw it in. The block had a crack that was 15 inches long and looked like the shape of an H I fixed it with JB weld!!! lol before you start saying hack, i know it was hack. But it came down to 5$ for JBweld vs new block/motor and i figured id try the jbweld. doesn't leak a drop!!! Anyway the guy I raced has big $ in his car and has won it like 10 times, my bad luck I guess. I think a posi would help out. What do you guys think i should do to the car to improve performance on this track. Mind you this is a spectator drag and cars need to be street legal with no slicks.
