Factory Crank. Is it forged???

Been seeing some things saying the factory firebird crank is a forged one....is this true???? I want to build up a 383 but dont want to drop money on a new forged crank when the original one is foreged... I want about 500hp on E85 on a 1990 gta. Any ideas?

There is no OEM 3.75 forged cranks.
